Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer concerns. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Qualifications Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
