Service Operations and Content Manager

Collectible is building the service operating system for luxury, powering post-sale service and logistics for global brands. While the industry has modernized its retail and supply chain, service has been left behind as a manual, fragmented problem. This role will include a wide range of responsibilities and is ideal for someone looking for variety and new challenges. Please note this role will require you to be onsite at our Westchester County, NY service center during regular business hours. The Role and Responsibilities Own on site content creation activities, under the direction of our Head of Creative, which will include shooting short form video and still images of watchmaking activities, with an emphasis on craftsmanship close-ups and behind-the-scenes type content Support the development of content strategy with our creative team, including script and caption writing, footage organization and even content editing (we will teach you if you do not have prior experience) Manage our social media pages, including comments, DMs and posts Lead day to day operations of non-watchmaking functions of our service center including shipping, inventory, parts ordering, facility organization and more Act as the onsite liaison between our watchmaking team and our customer service team, ensuring the customer requests are addressed efficiently, promptly and accurately Desired Background 1-2 years experience in a role organization heavy operational role (ex. Executive assistant, operations manager etc.) High degree of social media literacy with instinctive content creation and management skills and a portfolio to back it up (your own personal pages can count as a portfolio) Experience or comfortability handling high importance items, this role will require regular handling of watches.
