Overview School Smiles On‑Site Dental is seeking a Part‑Time General Dentist to provide portable dental services to children in local schools throughout the Lansing, MI area. The position is 1–2 days per week, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a start date in the fall of 2026. Compensation & Benefits 32% of billed production for days worked in schools Travel reimbursement 401(k) participation Sign‑on bonus: $2,000–$4,000 Malpractice insurance provided by MAH Duties Conduct initial screenings Perform comprehensive oral exams Establish treatment plans Administer fluoride treatments Apply sealants Provide prophylaxis (Prophy) Place fillings Perform simple extractions Qualifications Active Michigan Dental License Current CPR certification for healthcare providers Proficiency in the duties listed above Medicaid certification or willingness to obtain it Willingness to travel within a 2‑hour radius Work Environment All supplies, equipment, and support staff are provided.
