Walk-ins are welcome! Position Responsibilities In this position, you will resolve customer service calls using modern contact center technology and customer experience strategy. When opportunities arise, you will learn to quickly educate the customer and close sales while maintaining high levels of satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing accounts for some of the most recognized brands in the world as an expert on products, technology, and business process. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
