Licensed Insurance Producer – Base salary + uncapped commission with strong earning potential + Sign-On Bonus! (Warren, MI)
Brents Insurance Agency, an Exclusive AAA provider in Warren, MI, is looking for a competitive and driven sales professional to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in insurance sales, earn uncapped commission, and grow with a new agency focused on production and personal development.

Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission with strong earning potential
Bonus: after 90 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (in-office only)
Location: Warren, MI
**Candidates without a license but with strong sales experience may also be considered. We will sponsor licensing for the right individual**

Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty license in Michigan
Candidates without a license but with strong sales experience may also be considered. We are willing to sponsor licensing for the right individual
Sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Reliable and motivated to hit monthly sales goals
