Overview All we want for Christmas is a dynamite dental assistant who is registered in the state of Washington with at least 5 years of experience with crown and bridge, all on x, Invisalign, implants, and sleep. It will make the happiest new year if they are passionate about offering top-notch patient care, value working in a cohesive, drama-free team, can maintain a positive attitude when the schedule goes haywire and are enthusiastic about learning more. Culture & Expectations If this assistant moves at the pace of a sloth, crumbles when things don’t go as planned, or is a negative Nellie, we politely ask that they visit a different practice. Compensation & Benefits We will pay $24+/hour depending on contribution to the team; dental benefits; medical expense reimbursement; continuing education; and the opportunity to work for a doctor who respects and values his team and works to maintain an excellent work environment.
