Garden Center Cashier

Full-Time Seasonal CashierRiddle Plant Farm is a leading provider of high-quality plants and gardening supplies. We are committed to fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment for our employees while delivering top-notch products to our customers.We are currently accepting applications for full-time, seasonal cashiers at both of our Riddle Plant Farm locations. We are seeking an outgoing and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fun, yet fast-paced environment. This role requires previous experience with cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash and process transactions accurately using a POS system.Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.Assist customers with questions about their purchases and store items.Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.Work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.QualificationsAt least 6 months of experience handling cash and operating a cash register or POS system.Basic plant knowledge is a plus, but not required.Must be available to work weekends.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Working ConditionsFull-time, seasonal position, including mandatory weekend shifts.Work is performed in a retail environment, with potential exposure to outdoor weather conditions.Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Riddle Plant Farm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
