Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity Location: United States (Remote) Travel: Limited travel required (customer meetings and industry events as needed) Reports to: Founder / Head of Sales About the Role We are hiring a Customer Success Manager – Cybersecurity to own post-sale customer relationships and drive long-term success across our manufacturing and industrial customer base. This is not a support desk role. You will work closely with customers after implementation to ensure adoption, identify expansion opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, and reinforce trust. Our sales motion is relationship-driven and referral-based. Customer Success plays a critical role in protecting revenue, driving expansion, and generating referrals. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner Conduct onboarding alignment sessions with new customers Monitor adoption and engagement Identify and escalate technical or operational risks Partner with Sales on expansion opportunities Lead regular business reviews with customer stakeholders Support renewal preparation and forecasting Strengthen executive-level relationships Gather structured feedback to improve positioning and delivery Requirements 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or technical account management Experience working with enterprise or industrial customers Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders Ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments Organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts Familiarity with cybersecurity, network security, or technical environments Ability to travel occasionally when needed Preferred (Not Required) Experience working with manufacturing or industrial environments Background in cybersecurity or infrastructure Experience running executive business reviews Experience supporting renewals and forecasting Benefits Base salary: $95,000 – $120,000 USD Performance bonus: 10%–20% target Compensation structure: 85% base / 15% variable Additional benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) eligibility Flexible PTO Remote flexibility Professional development support
