We hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and excellence.The Hertrich Difference:Competitive salary with high earning potential and monthly incentivesFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more) available after 90 daysMonday-Friday schedule to promote work-life balancePaid weekly every FridayPaid holidays, vacation, and personal days401K plan with employer matchEmployee purchase discountsJob Responsibilities:Greet all customers with professionalism and courtesy.Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleet providers, and manufacturers.Perform vehicle damage assessments and create detailed repair cost estimates.Prepare accurate damage reports efficiently.Assist in managing shop production costs and workflow.Collaborate with the General Manager on daily tasks and dispatches using computerized systems.Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop (preferred).Prior automotive body shop estimating or insurance adjusting experience is required.Strong understanding of the collision repair process.Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure.Experience maintaining a fast-paced workflow in a collision shop.Proficiency with collision management software (preferred).Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.High School Diploma or GED required.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Why Hertrich?
