About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Product Strategy to lead the definition and execution of product strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in a key business vertical, including product vision, roadmap development, market strategy, and overall business performance. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to identify market opportunities, evaluate competitive dynamics, and drive business growth. The SVP, Product Strategy will also be tasked with assessing emerging healthcare market trends, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the delivery of differentiated solutions that meet customer and organizational objectives. Applicants for the SVP, Product Strategy position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product strategy, product management, business strategy, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and a strong background in managing product portfolios and business performance within regulated healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product commercialization, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives, as well as experience in P&L management, financial analysis, and business case development. Experience in leading product organizations within various healthcare sectors and a deep understanding of the healthcare market, including value-based care, are also highly valued.
