Residential Service PlumberACE Home Services is seeking a skilled and experienced residential service plumber to join our team!We're looking for an experienced residential service plumber. The ideal candidate will possess strong residential service experience, a desire for financial and professional growth, and comfortability building connections with people. Annual take home is between $80k-$200K!!!What's in it for you:Competitive wages with uncapped commissionHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Opportunity for professional growthCompany vehicle with fuel cardTool Allowance programConsistent training and investment in your careerResidential Service Plumber Duties:Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, etc.)Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and systemsProvide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and answering questionsWork independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficientlyMaintain a safe work environment and adhere to plumbing codesOperate a company vehicle to service homes across Northern Arizona, primarily Sedona and Flagstaff areas.Qualifications:Minimum 2-5+ years of experience as a residential service plumberStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksValid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicleWhat We Believe In?At ACE we have a small business feel, but large business size, growth, and stability.
