Senior Software Development Engineer Gen AIWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join our dynamic team at TTSL Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and Gen AI architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable software solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies.Architect and implement AI systems that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and integrate relevant technologies into existing systems.Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in AI and Generative AI architecture.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development.Experience in working with large datasets and big data technologies.Understanding of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.10-15 years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies.Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
