Opus Business Consulting is expanding across Central Florida and looking to bring on motivated individuals for our Training Sales Associate role. We partner with major tech and telecommunication companies throughout Florida, and as our clients continue to grow, we are broadening our reach across Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, and surrounding areas.

This position is entry level , and no experience is required we provide , hands-on training to ensure every team member is fully prepared. You will work face-to-face with leads , meaning no cold calling and no canvassing .

⭐ Daily Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing incoming leads
• Presenting services to customers based on pre-qualified leads
• Retaining new accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Following up with new customers to ensure quality of service
• Handling equipment such as badges, tablets, and computers
• Participating in daily virtual team calls
• Completing data entry and updating customer records
• Supporting territory growth and client expansion initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree or in-progress degree
• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Strong leadership or public speaking skills/
• Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Technical sales or telecom experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
