What You Will Do
Executive Search

• Lead retained executive searches
• Build candidate pipelines
• Conduct executive-level interviews
• Present leadership shortlists

• Advise clients on organizational structure and hiring strategy

Client Development

• Build relationships with CEOs, Boards, and PE operating teams
• Generate new business opportunities
• Conduct strategic outreach
• Deliver talent market intelligence

Leadership Advisory

• Consult on succession planning
• Identify leadership gaps
• Support growth and transformation initiatives
• Help clients build sustainable leadership infrastructure

Compensation Structure
