Client Service Associate

Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support client account administration and day-to-day service operations. This role will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure account maintenance, transaction processing, documentation management, and client support activities are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account inquiries
• Support account opening, maintenance, and closing processes
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account activities
• Assist with client documentation, compliance requirements, and record maintenance
• Provide support for online banking platforms and related client requests
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate account and lending-related activities
• Prepare reports, client meeting materials, and administrative documentation
• Support operational processes, audits, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking or financial services experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
• Exposure to lending operations or private banking environments is a plus
