The New York Foundling
The New York Foundling is seeking a Case Aide to support foster care services in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. You will assist in promoting permanency for children and families, providing advocacy and referrals, and helping families with housing, benefits, and appointments. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, transporting clients when needed, maintaining documentation, attending meetings, and building a regional resource guide to link families to services post-discharge. #J-18808-Ljbffr The New York Foundling
