The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, manage a high volume of incoming calls, provide exceptional customer service, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Greet visitors, clients, and customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document preparation. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine issues or direct concerns to the appropriate department. Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed. Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
