Analyzing Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims, the full-time New York Workers Compensation Adjuster will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients, with a hybrid work schedule available for those within commuting distance to Syracuse, NY, or remote options for others. Key responsibilities Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients Required qualifications 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Professional certification related to the line of business preferred Knowledge of New York jurisdiction is essential New York licensing preferred, but not required
