OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Edmond, OK by HMD Trucking
$15 per hourHMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive across the country hauling flatbed freight with HMD Trucking’s OTR solo fleet.
What You’ll Do:
- Secure and tarping loads for safe transit
- Navigate coast-to-coast routes efficiently
- Complete accurate delivery documentation
Experience modern trucks with sleeper cabs, APUs, inverters, and full in-house maintenance. Benefit from $0.70/mile base pay, up to $0.80/mile with bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Enjoy regular home time plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). Requirements: Class A CDL and 12+ months of OTR flatbed experience.
