This role coordinates vendor- and NFM-controlled shipments across all product families, including furniture, appliances, electronics, and flooring. Key responsibilities include managing dock schedules and capacity, reviewing paperwork before and upon arrival, checking in drivers, and ensuring receipt and unload dates are entered accurately in the system.
