Pricing/Data Entry Analyst
A client is currently seeking a Pricing/Data Entry Analyst for a position based out of Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting internal customers by updating data for price adjustments within the database. The main responsibilities of this role include receiving requests from the ticketing system (ServiceNow) then updating the database with the new information. This employee may need to collaborate with internal groups and users to understand their needs and changes on the request and provide timely solutions so strong communication and customer service skills are required. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Candidates must have a Windows computer.
