As a Loan Officer Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers while helping members navigate the mortgage application process.

✅ Provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Officers and mortgage operations teams

✅ Assist with mortgage application processing to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

✅ Communicate directly with members regarding loan application requirements and status updates

✅ Gather, review, and manage mortgage-related documentation

✅ Support post-closing and mortgage administration activities

✅ Respond professionally to member inquiries via phone and electronic communication

✅ Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems

✅ Help drive efficiencies in a high-volume, production-focused environment

✔ 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, mortgage lending, or a related financial environment

✔ 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting

✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

✔ Fast and accurate data entry abilities

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✔ Comfortable spending approximately 50% of the day speaking with members over the phone

✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
