This is a great entry point into municipal government for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between residents, committees, and the Clerk's office. What You'll Own Daily mail pickup and processing Routing applications - rezones, appeals, driveways, and Certified Survey Maps - to the appropriate committees and coordinating their meetings Issuing Operator's Licenses outside the annual licensing period Monthly Wisconsin Retirement System reporting Serving as trained backup for Town Board and committee meetings and minutes Supporting Town website updates alongside the Clerk What You Bring Working familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication Ability to manage deadlines and interact professionally with the public No prior municipal experience required - training provided by the Town Clerk Schedule & Compensation This is a lighter, more predictable schedule than the Clerk role, with occasional coverage during meetings or elections.
