Neier’s Industrial Cleaning Division is experienced working with municipalities and private industries providing solutions for accidental spills, emergency cleaning, and scheduled industrial plant cleanings including shutdowns and outages.

We believe that our excellent customer service lies within the professionalism of our Industrial Cleaning Technicians. These individuals should be comfortable working in Confined Spaces, capable of wearing full-face air purifying respirators and full-face supplied air respirators, and have the physical ability to push, pull, and lift 75lbs.

  Our Industrial Technicians receive competitive hourly compensation depending upon their previous experience. Employees can expect to receive weekly pay and select whether they would like that to be Direct Deposit or Paper Check.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent Work Ethic
  Industrial Cleaning Technicians must display a high-level of professionalism at all times. Providing emergency Industrial Services for our clientele does require our technicians to have on-call availability.
• Physical Ability
  Neier Industrial Technicians will work in a physically demanding industry. Technicians should be capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting up-to 75lbs. Servicing a variety of municipalities and private sector customers, our Technicians will work in a variety of atmospheres, including hot and cold weather conditions.
• Confined Space Work
  Neier’s Industrial Cleaning division offers Confined Space cleanings to our clientele. Entrants will only be expected to conduct Confined Space work once they have received the proper training and certification. Confined Space work will require Technicians to be comfortable with working with hand tools in small spaces. Entrants should also be capable of entering these spaces through 20-inch openings.
• Training & Certification
  Previous 40hr HAZWOPER training and familiarity with OSHA and RCRA is preferred. Technicians should possess a valid driver’s license with a cleaning driving record.
