We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team!
New grads are welcome to apply! This is a great opportunity for a new RD to build their clinical experience in a supportive environment. Our facility has two full-time Registered Dietitians on staff , providing an excellent opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow your skills.
ResponsibilitiesProvide nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to provide high-quality care
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition and dietary needs
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all reporting requirements
Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
Current California licensure/credentials as required
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical nutrition experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
