Responsibilities Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Self‑motivated. Ability to conduct interviews in the office and in customers’ homes or businesses. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain). Compensation: $30k base plus commissions—total first-year compensation can be as high as $50k+. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
