Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregivers/CNAs role located in Austin, TX. Caregivers and CNAs provide compassionate, hands-on support to older adults in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, and toileting. Daily responsibilities may include preparing meals, assisting with medication reminders (within scope), light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments or social activities. Team members are expected to monitor changes in clients’ conditions, document care provided, and promptly report concerns to supervisors to support safety and well-being. Caregivers and CNAs also foster meaningful relationships with clients, promote dignity and independence, and collaborate with families and care teams to deliver person-centered care. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility support. Experience with basic health monitoring, such as observing changes in condition, following care plans, and providing medication reminders within role scope. Ability to perform household support tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and organizing a safe, clean environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building trust with clients, families, and care teams, with a respectful, client-centered approach. High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential health and personal information. Valid CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience in senior care, home care, or related settings preferred. Current CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain, and ability to meet state and company training requirements.
