Dermatology Physician

Overview Dermatology physician employment in California. Responsibilities Performs patient evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history reviews, to diagnose a wide range of dermatological conditions. Develops and implements individualized therapeutic plans, which may include prescribing medication, performing minor surgical procedures, and providing patient education on skin health and disease management. Performs a wide range of dermatological procedures independently or in the direction of the supervising physician. Analyzes and interprets a variety of diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies, cultures, and laboratory results, correlating the findings with the patient\'s clinical presentation to confirm diagnoses and guide treatment decisions. Manages a diverse patient panel by developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive treatment plans for both acute and chronic dermatological conditions. Formulates alternative treatment plans by interpreting and modifying standard protocols for complex patient presentations.
