We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Order Entry team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring residents in long-term care communities receive their medications safely, accurately, and on time. Responsibilities Accurately enter new medication orders into the pharmacy software Process refill requests, medication changes, and new admissions promptly Review orders for completeness and communicate with nurses and providers when clarification is needed. Maintain accurate patient medication profiles Prioritize urgent medication orders to support patient care Work collaboratively with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, and faculty staff Follow all state and federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA requirements, and company policies Help maintain an organized, efficient workflow while contributing to a positive work environment. What We Are Looking For Current Pharmacy Technician registration/certification (as required per state law) Pharmacy experience Excellent computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Effective communication and customer service skills Dependable attendance and willingness to support teammates where needed Work From Home Opportunity This position begins on-site to ensure comprehensive training and successful integration into our workflow.
