Route Window Cleaner – 3 Stories and BelowLocation: Tampa, FL Company: EBS, a 4M CompanyEBS, a 4M Company, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Route Window Cleaner to join our team! This position focuses on cleaning commercial and residential buildings up to 3 stories in height. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and are looking for steady, year-round employment with a supportive company — we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Clean windows on low-rise buildings (3 stories and below) using traditional and water-fed pole methodsMaintain a clean and professional appearance on job sitesUse ladders and other approved equipment safely and effectivelyIdentify and report any safety hazards or building concernsCommunicate with clients and team leads in a professional mannerMaintain tools and equipment and ensure safe transportation between jobsAssist with or operate drone-based window cleaning systems on applicable job sitesFollow all safety protocols and company guidelines related to drone operationConduct pre-flight checks and ensure proper handling and maintenance of drone equipmentCollaborate with team members to integrate drone technology into cleaning processesRequirements:Previous window cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate)Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditionsComfortable working on ladders and using extension polesStrong attention to detail and time management skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredMust be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periodsExperience operating drones or willingness to be trainedAbility to obtain or currently hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay based on experienceFull-time work with steady routesHealth insurance, PTO, and 401(k)Supportive team environment with opportunities for growthOn-the-job training and safety-first cultureApply Now!
