Remote Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) | Indiana Telehealth Role

We are seeking a licensed marriage and family therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relationship challenges, family stressors, communication issues, life transitions, and emotional concerns, and provide steady clinical support through evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth system
• Assess client concerns and develop treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals
• Support clients with relationship conflict, family dynamics, stress, anxiety, grief, parenting concerns, and major life changes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation after each session
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches such as family systems therapy, CBT-informed care, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based methods
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote behavioral health services
