Position Overview Door‑to‑door residential outside sales representative based in the West Sacramento, CA market. Earn a base salary of $32,000 plus uncapped commission, bringing total on‑target earnings to $88,000. Responsibilities include customer acquisition, relationship building, and representing the Astound brand in the community. Key Responsibilities Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional face‑to‑face interaction. Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, and build Astound brand awareness. Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations. Understand customer needs and articulate solutions that meet those needs. Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management. Stay up to date with what competitors are doing in your market. Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes, and complete sign‑up orders. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment and enjoy outdoor activities. Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influencing skills. Positive, creative, persuasive, and self‑motivated with a strong sales quota focus. Detail oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working autonomously. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $32,000 (California state). Commission component: targeted commissions of $56,940 annually. Paid time off: 80 hours per year (increasing with tenure), floating holiday: 40 hours per year, and paid holidays: 7 days per year.
