LOCATION: Sioux Falls, South Dakota PRACTICE MODALITY: Large Private Practice (3+ Doctors) SCHEDULE: Full time (5 days) COMPENSATION: $130,000+ BENEFITS: • Retirement Plan (401K or SIMPLE IRA) • Health Benefits • PTO SPECIALTIES: • Primary Care • Pediatrics • Speciality Contact Lens • Dry Eyes / Aesthetics • Ocular Disease PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS: We are looking for an associate to join our growing practice. We are currently a primary care location with a growing disease and surgical co-management population of patients. We are looking for someone with a passion for patient care and rapport building. Added plus if they are willing to add a new direction that they can help build in the practice alongside a primary care patient load, such as Specialty contact lenses or pediatrics. We have a rotation of working 8am-2pm every 4th Saturday and 1-2 evenings per week otherwise (when it's a saturday rotation week, they have a week day off to make up for it). If they are wanting more aggressive salary options, this can be coordinated with either building a speciality into the practice, working additional saturdays beyond the every 4th saturday or working additional evenings, etc. We practice in South Dakota which has more advanced scope since July 2024, so we are getting ready to add in advanced procedures (Laser getting installed soon). Ideal candidate is a team player, good social skills and relatability with staff and patients, and strong work ethic. We have 5 doctors but one is leaving to go to a Private Equity offer, so we are looking for our 5th doctor. SOURCING CHANNEL: ODs on Finance (50/50 Direct Placement Split)
