Registered Branch Associate

Role Summary Registered Branch Associate working closely with a Financial Advisor to serve existing clients, build and maintain relationships, and support branch operations. Key Responsibilities Deepen relationships with existing clients. Collect suitability information to open new accounts. Research portfolio performance, costs, fees, asset allocation, and provide recommendations to Financial Advisor and clients. Execute Financial Advisor‑solicited buy/sell orders and confirm with clients. Answer general client questions regarding Edward Jones stock recommendations and withdrawals. Plan business activities and collaborate with the team to evaluate and execute branch strategies. Continuously develop personal and professional skills. Training & Support Comprehensive training that may include mentoring, job shadowing, coaching, and branch office visits. Support network extending beyond the branch, including headquarters assistance via phone, email, and firm intranet resources. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in securities/financial services industry preferred. Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; if not currently registered, licenses may be obtained during study period. FINRA registrations required within three months; state insurance licenses also required.
