Core Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects end-to-end across residential and commercial sites.
• Set and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on every job.
• Perform site assessments to scope requirements and shape installation plans.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to junior team members.
• Serve as the customer-facing lead for updates, walkthroughs, and issue resolution.
• Maintain meticulous job records, including materials usage and time tracking.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and scheduling to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Pursue continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC education/certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and modern installation methods.
• Analytical, detail-focused mindset with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-directed team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
