Reach Truck Forklift Operator
Diverse Staffing is hiring a Reach Truck Forklift Operator for a warehouse role focused on incoming shipments, inventory accuracy, secure storage, and return processing. This job is best for someone with strong reach truck experience who can count accurately, complete warehouse transactions, and handle materials safely.
What You Will Do
• Receive incoming shipments and complete accurate 100% counts
• Operate a reach truck and sit-down forklift to move and put away materials
• Stock materials in the correct warehouse locations and complete system transactions
• Track and secure high-value items in the cage area
• Process returns and complete final disposition steps on time
• Handle ESD-sensitive materials according to receiving requirements
Must-Have Requirements
• 2 years of reach truck forklift experience
• 1 year of sit-down forklift experience
• Ability to receive shipments, count accurately, and verify materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Able to follow ESD handling, warehouse safety, and receiving procedures
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full assigned schedule
Nice-to-Have Requirements
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory transactions
• Experience handling high-value inventory or secure cage materials
• Experience with return processing or final disposition
• Previous warehouse receiving, stocking, or inventory control experience
• Experience in an electronics, ESD, or controlled-materials environment
Work Environment
• Warehouse receiving and inventory environment
• Frequent forklift operation and movement around dock and storage areas
• May include standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials
• Requires accurate counting, computer work, and timely warehouse transactions
• May require ESD handling procedures for sensitive materials
• Work around forklift traffic, palletized freight, secure cage areas, and warehouse equipment
This Job May Not Be a Fit If
• You do not have at least 2 years of reach truck forklift experience
• You are not comfortable operating both reach truck and sit-down forklift equipment
• You do not want a receiving job that requires counting and computer transactions
• You are not comfortable handling high-value or ESD-sensitive materials
• You cannot work safely around forklift traffic and warehouse equipment
• You cannot reliably work the full assigned schedule
