About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP, Global Value Engineering. This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence and the execution of strategic projects within the Value Engineering or Go-To-Market (GTM) domains. The successful candidate will be a trusted member of the Value Engineering leadership team, responsible for enabling communication, collaboration, and strategy execution. Key responsibilities include directly supporting the SVP in defining and executing the strategic roadmap, leading urgent and strategic key projects, and partnering on customer and partnership initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also manage the VE leadership governance, ensure alignment of cross-functional processes, and support the SVP in budget management. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a deep understanding of the company's strategy, strong business and commercial acumen, and a background in finance with a focus on global scale-up. Deep project management experience, particularly in leading complex projects, is essential, with prior consulting experience being strongly preferred. The role requires the ability to deal with uncertainty, solve complex problems, and build scalable processes. The ideal candidate will be innovative, adept at working with abstract ideas, and have a proven track record of learning quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Experience in handling sensitive financial material and interacting with the Board and C-Suite is also necessary. The Chief of Staff should be a confident problem solver, analytical, and an organized thinker, with a calm demeanor and a willingness to take on new challenges.
