Delivery Driver – The Aaron's Company, Inc. Join a team that moves Aaron’s and its customers. As a Delivery Driver you’ll be driving, installing, and demonstrating merchandise, helping customers, and supporting the store by moving and picking up products. Salary Range $19.25 to $20.25 per hour* What You’ll Do Load, secure, and protect merchandise Offload, install, and demonstrate merchandise to customers Safely operate a delivery vehicle Assist in the store when needed What You Need Working knowledge of electronics Desire to help customers Additional Requirements Age: 21 (18 in Canada) HS diploma or equivalent preferred Must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.) Able to perform physical job including lifting up to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training provided) Able to work in all outdoor weather, including rain or summer sun Valid driver’s license required; CDL not required No overnight travel Aaron’s Total Rewards Paid time off (vacation days, sick days, holidays) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with contribution matching * The pay range shown is the lowest to highest rate the company believes it would pay for this role at the time of posting.
