Overview:

This is an amazing opportunity for skilled trade workers to earn $19/hr with overtime and benefits. Plus, affordable health insurance after 30 days.

• $19 hourly
• Rotating shifts
• Schedules change monthly (6a–3p / 2:30p–11p / 10p–6a)
• Temp to Perm — your performance is your application
• Overtime available, including weekends

What you'll do as: Mold Setter

• Execute mold changes per production schedule
• Operate overhead cranes for mold tools
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical connections
• Perform in-press mold cleanings and maintenance
• Maintain mold management system with accurate data

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

• 3 years experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Strong mechanical instincts and problem-solving skills
• Good decision-making in fast-paced environment
• Effective communication across teams
• Overhead crane operator certification preferred
