Data Entry Admin Asst Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats
- Organize and maintain files, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval
- Assist with data collection efforts to support operational needs
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular quality checks on entered information
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency
Data Entry Admin Asst Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
