You'll help coordinate daily medical services, support quality patient care, and serve as an important resource for the healthcare team. And the schedule? Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. • Oversee and coordinate daily healthcare services while supporting quality, patient-centered care.
• Perform nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and respond to changing patient needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to healthcare staff.
• Coordinate patient care with medical providers and other members of the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with correctional personnel and facility leadership regarding healthcare operations.
• Help maintain consistent clinical practices and compliance with established protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Support the organization of daily medical department activities and continuity of care.
• Use sound clinical judgment to prioritize responsibilities and address patient care needs.
