Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with SAP systems, handle customer returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity
- Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail
- Investigate and resolve issues related to returns; follow up to completion
- Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes
- Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed
- Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards
Experience Required
- Experience using SAP systems – preferred
Skills & Certifications
- Material handling and returns processing
- SAP transaction execution
- Basic computer skills
- Communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and dependability
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
- Ability to push/pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack
- Ability to perform frequent movement (standing, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing)
- Occasional use of a warehouse ladder to access shelving
