CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support a fleet specializing in luxury goods transportation. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation operations, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling, and maintaining exceptional service standards for high-value deliveries in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch fleet operations for household and goods transportation.
• Schedule drivers and assign routes for local and national deliveries.
• Monitor daily transportation activity and adjust schedules to ensure on-time service.
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to resolve operational issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment tracking, and logistics documentation.

Requirements

• Prior dispatching experience, within luxury transportation or specialized logistics.
• Strong knowledge of routing, scheduling, and transportation coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Great communication, professional, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high service standards.

Salary begins at $68,000, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications.
