The Village at Marymount is seeking a dedicated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate therapy team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our seniors.

In‑House Therapy — Managed On‑Site

Our therapy department is fully in‑house and managed by our own leadership team , giving our COTAs a stable, collaborative environment without the turnover, shifting priorities, or productivity pressure common in contract therapy companies. You’ll work directly with our nursing and therapy teams to deliver consistent, resident‑centered care.

About the Opportunity

As a PRN COTA, you will support our mission of helping residents maintain independence, function, and quality of life. This flexible role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, communication, and meaningful work with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents with ADLs, strengthening, coordination, and functional tasks

• Document treatments clearly and accurately

• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support resident goals

• Promote a safe, positive, and encouraging environment

Requirements

• Current Ohio COTA license

• Experience in skilled nursing or senior living preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Compassion, patience, and a resident‑first mindset
