Who We Are Southeastern New Hampshire Services, a division of Community Partners, is dedicated to providing quality substance misuse and recovery services to meet the needs of families and individuals in Strafford County. We utilize evidence-based practices and psychoeducation to support life skill development, relapse prevention and wellness. The Role The Substance Use Disorder Counselor is responsible for facilitating individual and group counselling sessions and completing necessary clinical documentation while participating within the Clinical Team to process and manage clinical decisions. This position will collaborate with organizations and service providers while also assisting in the day-to-day aspects of the Turning Point Residential Program. LICSW/ LCMHC
