The Guest Services Representative ensures Sweet Home Montana
guests experience a seamless, welcoming, and memorable stay. This role blends guest
communication, sales support, onsite property operations, arrival preparation, and daily
responsibilities with the housekeeping and laundry departments to maintain a clean, professional, and guest-
ready environment.
