A growing healthcare construction team is seeking a Superintendent to lead the delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a proven field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and has experience managing complex commercial projects from start to finish.

About the Role

• Ground-up commercial construction projects
• Projects typically ranging from $30M+ (Healthcare)
• Large-scale commercial developments with aggressive schedules

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily field operations and site activities
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and construction sequencing
• Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, manpower, and field coordination
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards
• Identify and resolve field conflicts in collaboration with project teams and trade partners
• Lead jobsite safety initiatives and maintain an organized, productive work environment
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Drive schedule performance and ensure milestone completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting
• Ground-up/Reno commercial construction experience required (Healthcare)
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
• Ability to xhyhwjd read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
