ICU Clinical Nurse Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient-centered care, educates patients and families on managing their health, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patient needs using critical nursing skills. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication, and post-care needs. Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and pursue professional development. Develop and document care plans with clear goals, ensuring effective communication across care teams. Maintain a safe work environment, demonstrating alertness and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications RN license required. Minimum education: Nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience necessary; Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
