Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU

Role: Skilled Nurse providing independent and comprehensive patient care in a complex clinical setting. Responsibilities Utilize nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patients. Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor side-effects, and evaluate effectiveness. Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided. Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources. Make appropriate care assignments and delegate tasks to team members. Demonstrate leadership aligned with organizational competencies and standards of nursing practice. Qualifications & Skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in critical care; new graduates considered. Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification. Completion of onboarding, competency validation, and annual requirements.
