Master Service Technician

Overview This position is responsible for the Service & Installation of Car Wash systems and other related installations. Required to establish, promote and maintain relationships with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. Capable of working independently with little general supervision. Category: Hourly Dept: CWS Service Hours: 6:00am – 3:00pm (schedules may vary), additional hours as needed. On-call weekends once a month. Responsibilities Performs the necessary technical services at customer sites for installation, and/or servicing of products. Travel will be required. Performs scheduled or emergency service on products at customer Trouble shoot and repair as Render on site and phone technical assistance to Capable of providing on-site training of STIG welding may be required for service and Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports, Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, Timesheets, etc. Focuses on personal development within the required work schedules and Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties. Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as Other duties as assigned Qualifications Technical Qualifications - Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
